About Stuart Nichols

Easy agents to work with. Our agent Francine worked hard for us. Would recommend to all my friends.

I cannot recommend Stewart Nichols highly enough. He assisted me with both the sale of my home and the purchase of my next one, and he was exceptional at every step. He was timely, professional, and always made sure every one of my questions was answered clearly. What truly set him apart, however, was his support during the more stressful moments of the process. His expertise combined with his genuine patience made a potentially overwhelming transition feel smooth and manageable. I am so grateful for his help and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor who truly cares.

The realtors here are excellent, and I received all the help I needed to find a house. If you are looking for a new home, I highly recommend this office. In particular, I suggest asking for Stuart Nichols. He was the one who assisted me, and I am very happy with the results.

Investment Realty sold us our house this year. We had a very difficult deal and they were very helpful and guided us through every step and process! We are so blessed to be now occupying our new home with our children. I would not go to any other real estate office!

Mr. Gil was very helpful, lots of information about Crescent City. We will continue to have him help find the perfect home for us.

We’ve worked with Stuart Nichols at Investment Realty on 3 transactions and recommend him to both buyers and sellers. Stuart is highly knowledgeable about the local market. He offered valuable insight that made the process smooth sailing from start to finish. He’s patient and always made us feel like a priority.

Stuart Nichols was amazing, he explained everything and was there every step of the way!

As I feel that most would agree, buying or selling a home is a very intimidating and overwhelming experience. Not so with Stuart Nichols and Investment Realty on your team. They are incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, honest and patient. Great experience. We highly recommend them.

Stuart did an incredible job helping us to buy our first home. He worked so hard to make sure things were taken care of and encouraged us throughout the process. We came across many obstacles and Stuart helped us navigate those obstacles and made our purchase possible. I would strongly recommend Stuart to help you buy your forever home.

I cannot say enough how pleased I am with my experience with Investment Realty. Eric’s experience and expertise really shows as he walked me through the process of buying land. Attentive, inventive, and always thinking ahead, Eric was able to make the process as smooth as possible for me. Thanks again!
